Concern Worldwide

Concern Worldwide is active in the Sujawal district of Sindh, Pakistan, focusing on climate resilience, disaster management, and community health. Direct partnership projects with Pakistan National Forum on Women’s Health (PNFWH) in Sujawal targeting on climate resilience, disaster risk reduction, and community health. Targeting aimed at supporting communities in the vulnerable coastal belt that are frequently affected by floods, rising sea levels, and droughts.

Nutrition International

Nutrition International has a long-standing partnership with the PNFWH since 2012, focusing on improving the health of women, girls, and children through nutrition-focused initiatives and training of midlevel health care providers

Fistula Foundation

The Fistula Foundation works in Pakistan to eliminate obstetric fistula—a devastating childbirth injury—through a comprehensive approach that includes free treatment, training, patient identification, and rehabilitation. Their strategy is often implemented through PNFWH notably Koohi Goth Hospital in Karachi, which serves as a major hub for fistula repair

United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

UNFPA operates in collaboration of PNFWH with a focus on advancing sexual and reproductive health, including obstetrics fistula gender equality, and youth empowerment. Its scope of work includes strengthening health systems, improving access to family planning, responding to gender-based violence (GBV), and utilizing population data for policy planning, particularly in development and humanitarian contexts.

International Development and Relief Foundation (IDRF)

The International Development and Relief Foundation (IDRF) has a significant scope of work in Sindh, Pakistan, primarily focused on post-flood recovery, emergency relief, education, health, and sustainable community development. Following the 2022 floods, IDRF has been actively implementing midwifery training program with PNFWH for betterment and empowering of women in Sindh province.

United Nations International Childeren’s Emergency Funds (UNICEF).

UNICEF partners with the PNFWH in district Sujawal Sindh, Pakistan, to strengthen primary health, immunization, and nutrition services, particularly in flood-affected districts. This collaboration focuses on strengthening maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH), improving, and scaling up IMNCI training to reduce mortality.

Rotary International

International (particularly Rotary District 3271 in Sindh) and the Pakistan National Forum on Women Health (PNFWH) have engaged in aligned efforts aimed at improving maternal health, by training the midlevel care care providers in Sindh, Pakistan.

Department of Health (DoH) Sindh

The Pakistan National Forum on Women’s Health (PNFWH) maintains a close, collaborative partnership with the Department of Health (DoH) Sindh. The partnership focuses on delivering essential services on maternal health care by training midwives from remote districts of Sindh – including family planning.
